The question you have, and the service that answers it.

Nine services, one standard: test before design, and a second engineer checks every calculation.

Looking for a contractor for the whole job? Read how we work as a retrofitting company in Bangladesh.

Retrofitting happens in four steps, in this order.

  1. Step 1 of 4

    Assess

As-built survey, concrete cores and NDT establish what the structure really is.

  2. Step 2 of 4

    Analyse

A 3D model checks every member against today's loads and BNBC 2020.

  3. Step 3 of 4

    Strengthen

Jacketing, CFRP or steel, phased so the building stays in use.

  4. Step 4 of 4

    Certify

Works verified against the design, with records you keep.
